HIT Hackathon Challenge Invitational - News

MSIT students, Jeff Watson and Mahbubul Islam teamed up to work on a week-long project for the HIT Hackathon Challenge Invitational last week. The event, hosted by TAG, the University System of Georgia and Technical College System of Georgia, intends to invite students to compete to solve healthcare's most pressing technology challenges.

Jeff and Mahbubul's project "Software Robotic Process Automation: "AID" of Health Information Technology" was selected to be moved to the next step of 2015 HIT Leadership Summit competition. They are the only team representing KSU at the summit competition next Tuesday Nov 3rd.

Dr. Sweta Sneha of Coles College of Business and Dr. Chi Zhang of the College of Computing and Software Engineering co-advised the team. Jeff and Mahbubul worked really hard in the few 10 days. Congratulations to them!
